Film poster development two
I collected all the images of the characters that I thought I would need from Google. Once I had all of the images I started to cut them out of the backgrounds to put on my poster. I started with the two main characters; Captain America and Iron Man. I used the magic eraser tool to cut out all of the characters from the backgrounds and used the normal eraser tool to remove any of the leftover background. I also wanted a fire effect to be at the bottom of the poster. To do this I also took a photo from Google. I cut out the part I wanted and put it at the bottom of my poster. I used the clone stamp to change the shape of the image by copying and pasting different parts of the image with the clone stamp tool.

Film poster develop
To start off my film poster I need a background for my poster. I had vague image in my head of how I wanted to poster too look and be set out therefore I tried to find an image on Google which matches the background image I had as my initial idea. I found an image of dark clouds which I thought was the perfect background for my poster. I decided to use Photoshop to create my poster as I have experience with the software and thought I would be able to make a better quality poster using this software. I created my background by cutting a part of the image out and put it on an A4 layout on Photoshop. I wanted all main characters to be on the poster and the layout to be all of the characters in their teams however I wanted the team to be broken up by a lightning bolt. To create the lightning bolt on the image I used a photo from Google. Once I had the image I used the magic eraser tool on Photoshop to leave me with just the lighting bolt and remove the background however when I did this I found that this tool removed part of the lighting bolt too as the colours were too similar and the lines were too fine. To solve this problem I used the normal eraser tool and tried to remove the background as best as possible.

Film poster
As my magazine is a film magazine I am going to create an film poster for the upcoming Marvel film 'Civil War.' I am going to post the developing stages of the advert and explain the reasons I have chosen to do or change features of the advert. To start off I have looked at existing adverts for this film to ensure my advert looks like it suits the style of existing ones. These are a few examples of existing adverts I looked at...
