Double page progress 2
I then added the text to the page. I originally had the text just on the page in paragraphs however I thought it would look better and more like an article if it was set out in columns. Since my review included spoilers I added this at the top to warn readers.
Main Story Hook
Since the Mockingjay review was the most important story hook I wanted it to be centred on the magazine and have the largest font. I used the font from the actual movie on the cover. I did this as the font and colour of the text is already identified with the movie therefore it is easily recognisable to fans.
Banner
When looking at existing magazines I noticed a lot of them have a banner at the bottom of the cover. I found a style model from Empire magazine(Top Image) which had a banner at the bottom of the magazine. I liked the layout of this one so I used it as a guideline for mine(Bottom image.) I added celebrity names that would be included in the magazine. This attracts a wider audience as fans of these actors/actresses will want to purchase the magazine.

Images considered for my cover
These are all of the images I looked at and considered when looking for he image for my cover
Total Film Masthead
I began by getting the masthead for my magazine. I wanted my magazine to be apart of Total film so I went to Google images and used their logo. I used Total Film for my Masthead as it is a well known popular film magazine so I thought it would work well with my magazine.
